REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Most couriers will not deliver to post office (PO, APO, FPO) box addresses. For smooth and swift delivery, we advise you to not list a post office box shipping address when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.


---RETURN & REFUND POLICY---

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us the order number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s).
If we find the defect described in your message, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) via regular Air Mail ONLY. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.
Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by the issue of a coupon which can be used in the next purchase and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by Regular Air Mail.
If the package was returned by a shipment method other than regular Air Mail, 04024559 reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a regular Air Mail shipment. Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund.
Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return.
We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.


UNOPENED, IN ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN GOOD CONDITION

You may choose to return only unopened items that are in their original packaging and are in good condition, provided you are willing to bear the shipping costs.
You may choose to return any unopened items that are in their original packing and in good condition. 04024559 is not responsible for the shipping cost. Please email us within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packing and in good condition will receive a full refund by the issue of a coupon which can be used in the next purchase on the price of that item minus the shipping fee. GENERAL

CUSTOMES TAXES

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers. 04024559 cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


BANNED ITEMS

Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, 04024559 is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
